1.1  This Cookie Policy explains how VigBreak uses cookies and similar technologies on the VigBreak website at www.vigbreak.com (the Website) and the VigBreak web application at app.vigbreak.com (the App). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

1.2  “VigBreak”, “we”, “us” and “our” means William Duffy trading as VigBreak, the provider of the Service.

2.1  Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site operators. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, perform comparable functions. We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this Policy.

3.1  The App is essentially cookieless. The only cookie used in the App is a strictly necessary session cookie, which keeps you securely signed in while you use the App. This cookie is essential for the App to function and does not require your consent.

3.2  The Website uses a strictly necessary cookie to remember your cookie choices, and – only where you consent – analytics cookies to help us understand how the Website is used. We also use Cloudflare for DNS and privacy-focused website analytics; where this does not involve cookies or personal data requiring consent, it operates as part of delivering and securing the Website.

3.3  We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4.1  The table below summarises the cookies we use. Specific cookie names and durations may change from time to time as our providers update their technologies.

5.1  When you first visit the Website, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies through a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically because the Service cannot function without them. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.

5.2  You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the vigbreak_cookie_consent cookie in your browser to bring the cookie banner back, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.
